Minimum Purchase:
There is a $20.00 minimum for items charged on account. There is no minimum for credit card, debit or cash purchases.

Freight:
All orders will be shipped prepaid and charged by the most economical means unless instructed otherwise. We've negotiated very competitive rates with several carriers and we pass those along to our customers.

Payment Options and Terms
Charge on Account: Payment due 30 days from Invoice date. We encourage those capable to pay by electronic funds transfer. A strictly enforced 2% per month interest charge will apply to accounts over 60 days.

We also accept the following forms of payment: Interac, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If credit cards are used to pay a charge account that is over 30 days, a 3% surcharge will apply.

Lease
We can arrange leases for large equipment purchases.

Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes will be charged unless proof of exemption is established.

We would be pleased to quote you contract pricing on large quantities, standing orders or yearly supplies of any of our products. Contact your nearest location for details.

Sourcing
We specialize in sourcing hard to find items. With access to thousands of manufacturers we can quote you on virtually all of your needs. Please contact us regarding any of your requirements.

Special Requests
Please contact us with any special needs you have (ie, rush service, restrictions on height or weight of shipments, special packing instructions, scheduled shipments, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
All returns must be accompanied by an RGA number. Please contact the branch you purchased the product from to obtain this number. If the return is a result of a mistake we have made, we will give you collect shipping instructions. Otherwise, shipping charges will be the responsibility of he customer. Any item returned which has been used or marked and is not in resaleable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Restocking
All normal stocked items in resaleable condition will not have a restocking charge. Any non stock, special order items will have a minimum 20% restocking charge or more depending on the manufacturer's policy.

Customer Service Survey
We encourage feedback from our customers as a way to measure and improve our service. We recommend you contact the operations manager of the branch providing service to you with any compliments or complaints. They will respond to any issues and work with you fro a fair solution. You may receive a survey with your invoice, from a sales representative, by fax, or we may call you. You may also fill out on line HERE.

Warranty
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Schooner's liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

ISO Registered
The Nova Scotia and Ontario locations are registered to the current ISO standard through the registrar QMI. Other branches are in the process of being approved.
